It started out as a mid 20th century split level, but the new owner knew it could become much more than that. Collaborating with a local architectural firm and general contractor, the nondescript house has become an architectural gem, reflecting both the Prairie and California Mission styles. The newly designed floor plan maximizes the interior spaces both aesthetically and functionally.
